This Privacy Policy explains how FlexPace LLC ("FlexPace," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit theflexpace.com or submit information through this website. 1.Information we collect

Information you give us. This website has two forms:

• Driver Quick Apply — your name, phone number, and CDL-A experience level.
• Request a Quote — your company name, contact name, phone number, work email, and any lane or freight details you choose to include.

You may also contact us directly by email or phone, in which case we receive whatever information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Our website host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and operations. This site does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download them; Google may log your IP address as part of serving that request.

2.How we use your information

• To respond to driver applications — our hiring team (hiring@theflexpace.com) will contact you about driving opportunities.
• To respond to freight quote requests — our dispatch team (dispatch@theflexpace.com) will contact you with rates and capacity.
• To continue a hiring process you start with us, including records we are required to keep under U.S. Department of Transportation and FMCSA regulations.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• To comply with applicable law.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

3.Calls and text messages

By submitting the Driver Quick Apply form, you consent to FlexPace contacting you about driving opportunities by phone call, text message (SMS), or email at the contact details you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or calling (630) 335-4422.

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

4.How we share information

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run this website and our business — our website host and form processor (Netlify), our email provider, and our phone system — and only so they can provide those services to us.
• Legal and safety recipients — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or government request (including DOT/FMCSA requirements), or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FlexPace, our drivers, or others.
• A successor business — if FlexPace is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5.Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and conduct normal business. If you enter a hiring process with us, application records may be retained for the periods required by DOT/FMCSA recordkeeping rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7); we will honor the request unless the law requires us to keep it.

6.Security

This website is served entirely over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to submitted information to the FlexPace team members who need it (hiring and dispatch). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7.Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hiring@theflexpace.com (drivers) or dispatch@theflexpace.com (shippers and brokers).
• You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of calls or emails by telling us so.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor valid requests regardless of your state.

8.Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted at the top of the policy.
